At the same time, we are rolling out a structured agent and franchise model across Europe, where local partners are responsible for their own exclusive geographic territories. They manage project origination, due diligence, investor relations, and ongoing monitoring, while Crowdster provides the platform, brand, systems, and access to capital.

This structure makes us highly scalable. We can expand rapidly across markets without building heavy central cost structures in each new country. Local presence ensures strong relationships and high-quality deal flow, while headquarters ensures standardization, compliance, and efficient capital distribution. It is a model that combines local entrepreneurship with centralized fintech scalability.

The market timing is compelling. Banks are tightening lending policies, real estate developers are increasingly seeking alternative financing solutions, and investors are demanding asset-backed investments with attractive risk-adjusted returns. Our ambition is clear: to build a pan-European platform with strong profitability in each market and sufficient scale to become strategically attractive. Our long-term exit scenarios include an IPO, a sale to a private equity fund or financial institution, or a strategic acquisition by a larger international player — for example, a U.S.-based platform seeking efficient entry into the European market through an established and scalable structure.
